Your dates are personal.

GLEAM MATE stores the account details, categories, important dates, notes and references you choose to save. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Device subscriptions are used to deliver reminders through your browser’s push service.

What is shared

Your push provider receives the notification title, item name and important date needed to deliver a reminder. Reference numbers and notes are not included. There is no advertising, analytics tracking or sale of personal data in this application.

Your control

You can export your items and categories, remove devices, edit your details, or permanently delete your account in Settings. Attachments are not collected in this version. Avoid adding unnecessary sensitive details.

Storage and retention

Your records remain until you delete them or your account. Your browser stores appearance preferences and public app assets for offline use. Private account pages and API responses are not cached by the service worker. The hosting operator controls database backups and their retention; deleted records may remain in backups until those backups expire.

Notifications

Push delivery depends on your device, operating system, connection and browser service. Use an additional reminder for a critical deadline. You can revoke permission in your browser or device settings at any time.
